Bottle Chase

Terms of Use

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Rare Find Group LLC (“we,” “us”), an Arkansas company, for your use of the Bottle Chase app and related services (“Bottle Chase”). By using Bottle Chase, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The short version: you must be 21 or older. Finds are reported by other users and may be wrong or out of date. Post honestly, be respectful, and never use Bottle Chase to buy, sell or trade alcohol. Drink responsibly and never drive impaired.

1. You must be 21 or older

Bottle Chase is about alcoholic beverages and is only for people 21 or older. By using it, you confirm that you are. If we learn that a user is under 21, we’ll delete their account.

2. Your account

Bottle Chase creates an account for you automatically. You’re responsible for what’s posted from your account and for keeping your phone secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Alerts → Your account → Delete my account).

3. Information in the app is reported by users

Sightings, counts, prices, drops, events, store details and ratings are posted by other hunters, or come from public sources such as state license and price lists. We don’t check them, can’t promise they’re accurate or current, and aren’t responsible for a trip that didn’t pan out. Bottles sell fast; call the store if it matters. Prices shown for comparison (MSRP or a typical shelf price) are approximate.

Stores, distilleries and brands listed in Bottle Chase aren’t affiliated with us unless a listing is labeled Sponsored. Sponsored listings are paid placements; we don’t endorse their products or prices.

4. What you post

You keep ownership of the sightings, photos, messages, ratings and other content you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, adapt (for example, resize a photo) and share that content to run and improve Bottle Chase, including keeping sightings in store history after you delete your account, as described in the privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Community rules

When using Bottle Chase, don’t:

Follow each store’s rules and treat staff with respect. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. You can report a photo or message in the app.

6. Drink responsibly

Bottle Chase helps you find bottles; it doesn’t sell alcohol. Follow the laws where you live. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

7. Our app and content

Bottle Chase, its design, logos and software belong to Rare Find Group LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering Bottle Chase, at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Bottle Chase is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any bottle will be available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rare Find Group LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost time, travel costs or lost purchases, arising from your use of Bottle Chase or content posted by others. Our total liability for any claim about Bottle Chase is limited to $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and Rare Find Group LLC, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Bottle Chase or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple isn’t responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. You confirm that you’re not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and aren’t on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Bottle Chase after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
